Heisenberg versus Haldane-Shastry

Description

As I like to say, “all (regularizable) quantum models are integrable, but some are more integrable than others”.

The idea of this project is to compare the degree of integrability of two fundamental models:

  • the Heisenberg chain
  • the Haldane-Shastry (both spin-$½$).

This project was a former PhD’s project, and is now being pursued in collaboration with Jules Lamers (postdoc in Australia).
