+# Machine Learning for ABACUS
+
+## Description
+
+ABACUS is J-S Caux's machine for computing physical properties (states, matrix elements, correlation functions) of integrable models.
+
+There are 3 aspects for which engines based on modern machine learning techniques could eventually be implemented:
+- solving the Bethe equations
+- evaluating matrix elements
+- scanning the Hilbert space
+
+This project would aim at implementing the first of these engines.
